Ministries About Us

Our Ministries

Our different ministries that we offer equip our members and community to dive deeper into relationship with Jesus. Meeting regularly, one can expect growth, fun, learning and accountability.

Kids

Our Children's Ministry focuses on our Infant - Pre-Kindergarten age children. The purpose of the Preschool Ministry at Fishinger and Kenny is to provide a safe, loving, fun and comfortable environment for both you and your child.

We offer several options for your student to connect with others in their age group. Our Student Ministry is divided into multiple age groups and is staffed by great adults that desire to help your student navigate through these years.

College

Our Buckeyes for Christ College Ministry is a refuge for Columbus-area college-aged students like you who want to grow as individuals, grow together and grow closer to God.

Young Adults

Our Young Adults program consists of singles, married couples, and those with family.  The Young Adults of Church of Christ on Fishinger Road strive to spur one another on toward love and good deeds, and to encourage one another in faith and life.

Golden Agers

We have an active group of Senior Adults.  They go on outings together and share a meal together each month at the church building.

Our members participate in a Secret Friend activity where they provide encouragement to our senior members throughout the year.

Fellowship

Building relationships with each other is what fellowship is really all about and a vital part of church life. Fellowship among families provide ways to foster deeper friendship and love. It's spending time together; living life in a community. Throughout the year, we work to create opportunities to grow in our church relationships by bringing people together and allowing people from all life stages to feel connected.

Fellowship activities allow everyone, from young children to the elderly, to get to know each other better while strengthening the fellowship within the church.

We enjoy interacting and being with each other. We try to get together at least once per month as a congregation and try to have more personal gatherings too.  Our fall Chili supper is a congregational favorite.
